For this project for L’Oreal Group, I worked as Head of Content on the curator and development of Aesthetic, Content and UGC strategies for the App.

For this exciting project with L'Oreal Group, I had the opportunity to serve as Head of Content, overseeing the curation and development of aesthetic, content, and user-generated content (UGC) strategies for their innovative mobile application, available in three languages: Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

My primary responsibility was to ensure that the app's content resonated with users across different cultures and languages.

To begin, we focused on establishing a captivating aesthetic that aligned with L'Oreal Group's brand identity while also considering the specific cultural nuances and preferences of the target audience in each language.

In addition to the aesthetic, I spearheaded the development of compelling and informative content for the app. This involved curating a wide range of content types, including articles, tutorials, product reviews, and expert tips, to cater to the diverse interests and needs of users.

We closely monitored user engagement metrics, such as time spent on the app, interactions, and feedback, to make data-driven decisions and further refine our strategies.

My Beauty Club Apps, the e-learning app for Beauty Advisors from L’Oréal Travel Retail Americas, have won two prizes at the 2021 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards for Best Advanced Custom Content for helping staff to stay engaged and boost product knowledge and selling skills.
